How to Login
Once the account is activated for online banking services, you can follow these steps to access your online account.
Step 1: Visit the bank’s homepage or click this link (http://www.theidahobank.com/services).
Step 2: Click on the “LOGIN” link on the top of the page. The Online Login page will load.
Step 3: Select the type of account and click “Next”.
Step 4: Complete the username and password, then click on “LOGIN”.
The account dashboard will load if your login details are correct.
Forgotten Password/Login ID
Be sure to enter your correct username and password when logging in to your account. After completing the log in details and your account dashboard does not load, chances are you have given invalid username or password.
However, for the bank customer’s security, no auto reset of password is allowed on the website. You must contact 800-897-4863 and ask the bank representative for assistance.
How to Enroll
Clients need to enroll account for online services. If not yet enrolled, you may contact the bank for assistance or enroll your account by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the bank’s website or click here: https://www.firstinterstatebank.com/.
Step 2: On the banking tab, click “Log in”.
Step 3: On the log in pane, click on “Sign Up”.
Step 4: Read the bank’s terms and accept it by clicking the “I accept” link.
Step 5: Complete the details required as shown on the enrollment page. Then click “Submit”.
You will be notified about the status of your enrollment after your account details have been verified.
