How to Login
Account holders who has activated their account for online transactions can log in and manage their accounts by following the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the bank’s website and go to the homepage.
Step 2: On the accounts pane, click the ‘Log in’ link. The log in panel will be displayed.
Step 3: Type your Log in ID and password, and “click Log in”.
Your account dashboard will display after the verification of your Log in ID and password.
How to Reset Password
For account security, there is no reset or change password feature on the website.
In case the client forgot either the password or the Log in Id, call the bank’s customer representative at 1-800-5224100 for assistance.
How to Enroll
Clients with active accounts can enroll their account for online transactions. Simply follow the given account enrollment procedure.
Step 1: Go to bank’s homepage (https://www.valleynationalbank.com).
Step 2: On the accounts panel, click the “Enroll” button.
Step 3: Fill in all the required account information, then click the “Enroll no” button.
Step 4: Read the bank’s user agreement and click “I agree”.
The bank will validate your account details and will email you the status of your account enrollment.
